Application Instructions
The John and Marcia Price College of Engineering has two types of scholarships from an application perspective; Auto-match scholarships and Apply-to scholarships.
Auto-match scholarships only require you to complete the General Application and the College of Engineering Application. This means, once you have completed the General Application and the College of Engineering Application, the system will auto-match your application to the scholarships you qualify for. No more action is needed unless you would also like to apply for Apply-to scholarships. Students who apply to the Apply-to scholarships significantly increase their chance of receiving a scholarship.
Apply-to scholarships require additional information from you, typically an essay or to answer a series of questions for possible consideration. Please consider applying to these.
Please note: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all references are submitted by the deadline published in the online scholarship application. Always double check the reference email address to ensure it is correct. If you find that your reference(s) cannot submit their information on time, you have the opportunity to go back after your application has been submitted and change your reference(s). Once the application closes on February 1st, students can no longer make changes to references, they can only resend requests. References will be given one additional week to submit recommendations after the application closes.
